1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern the use of the web application operated by Stonehill Media GmbH, Harrlachweg 1, 68163 Mannheim, Germany.
By accessing or using our application, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Our application enables users to connect and manage supported social media accounts, create AI-assisted content, and use related platform features through third-party integrations, APIs, and AI-based tools in order to:
- access account-related information
- view analytics and insights data
- create AI-assisted personas, images, videos, captions, content plans, and related creative assets
- upload reference images or other materials for AI-assisted generation features
- review, edit, schedule, publish, download, and commercially use generated content where permitted by these Terms and the applicable subscription plan
- publish and schedule content
- manage connected social media profiles and related resources
- use additional platform features where available and authorized
The service operates only within the permissions granted by the user and within the technical, contractual, and operational limits of the connected third-party services, platforms, AI providers, and integrations.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
- ensuring that their use of the application complies with all applicable laws, the terms and policies of connected social media platforms, and the terms of any third-party integration providers used to deliver the service
- ensuring that content published through the application does not violate applicable laws
- ensuring that all uploaded images, prompts, names, brands, likenesses, references, and other materials are lawful and do not infringe third-party rights
Users must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or fraudulent purposes.
4. AI-Generated Content and Usage Policy
The application may allow users to create AI-generated or AI-assisted content, including personas, images, videos, captions, content plans, and related creative assets.
Users are solely responsible for all prompts, uploads, reference images, names, likenesses, brands, trademarks, and other materials they provide. Users represent that they own or have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to use such materials.
Users must not upload, generate, publish, or attempt to create content that:
- depicts or imitates real persons without their consent
- depicts minors or age-uncertain persons in inappropriate, sexualized, or exploitative contexts
- infringes copyrights, trademarks, personality rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights
- impersonates public figures or private individuals in a misleading, harmful, or unlawful way
- violates applicable laws or the rules of connected third-party platforms
Generated content may be used commercially, subject to the user’s subscription plan, these Terms, applicable laws, third-party rights, and the rules of any platform on which the content is published.
We do not guarantee that generated content is unique, exclusive, suitable for a specific commercial purpose, free from third-party claims, or compliant with all platform policies. Users must review generated content before publishing, downloading, distributing, or using it commercially.
Where required by law, platform rules, or context, users are responsible for disclosing that content was generated or modified using AI.
We may reject, block, remove, or suspend access to uploads, generations, publishing actions, or accounts that appear to violate these Terms, platform rules, applicable law, or third-party rights.
5. Third-Party Integrations
Our service relies in whole or in part on third-party providers and external platform interfaces to enable account connections, publishing, scheduling, analytics, AI-assisted content generation, moderation, payment processing, storage, and related features.
The service may also rely on third-party AI, workflow automation, storage, moderation, payment, analytics, and infrastructure providers.
Users acknowledge that:
- certain features depend on third-party providers, AI providers, and social media platforms
- the availability, scope, and performance of such features may change at any time due to changes imposed by such third parties
- we are not affiliated with or endorsed by such third parties, and are not responsible for disruptions, changes, or limitations caused by them unless expressly stated otherwise
- account restrictions, API limitations, authentication failures, policy changes, content rejections, moderation decisions, or suspensions imposed by third-party platforms or providers are beyond our reasonable control
6. No Guarantee of Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted service. However, we do not guarantee continuous availability.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, outages or changes affecting third-party providers, AI providers, platform APIs, platform restrictions, rate limits, authentication failures, or moderation and safety systems.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Stonehill Media GmbH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
Stonehill Media GmbH shall not be responsible for user-provided materials, generated content, publishing decisions, platform policy violations, third-party rights claims, or consequences resulting from the user’s unlawful or unauthorized use of the service, except where liability is mandatory under applicable law.
Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
8. Data Protection

9. Termination
Users may terminate their account at any time by deleting their account within the application.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms, applicable laws, platform rules, or third-party rights.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, is Mannheim, Germany.
